A knife for every cheese
The six pieces cover the whole board. The flat and narrow plane knives slice firm and semi-hard cheeses, the pointed knife breaks Parmesan into chunks, and the fork holds and serves. The spreader handles soft cheese and jam. The soft cheese knife has holes in the blade, so brie and camembert do not stick.
All six have stainless steel blades and olive wood handles, and each one sits in its own slot in the olive wood holder. Hand wash and dry to keep the wood looking its best.
