Yes, always. After you order, we email you a digital preview showing exactly how your personalization will look on the actual product. Revisions are free, and nothing goes on the laser until you approve it. It's the step that catches misspelled names and wrong dates before they're permanent.

Most orders are engraved, finished, and shipped within 24 hours of proof approval during production hours (Mon–Fri, 9–6 MST). If you're up against a birthday or anniversary, mention the date in your order notes and we'll flag it for the production floor.

Both. For handwriting, photograph or scan the original — a recipe card, a signature, a note — and we engrave it line for line, so the result looks like they wrote directly on the wood. For photos, we convert your image into an engraving-ready sketch and include it in your digital proof.
