Privacy policy

When you order: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, the personalization you enter, and any files you upload, so we can make and ship your order and answer questions about it. When you create an account: the same, plus your order history.

When you contact us by form, email, or chat: what you send us. When you browse: cookies and analytics data — pages viewed, device, approximate location — to run the site and understand what’s working. When you join our list: your email, for our newsletter. We never see or store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment processors.

Only the services we need to run the store: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay); shipping carriers and our label software, who receive the recipient’s name and address; our email platform (Mailchimp) for order emails and the newsletter; live chat and help desk (LiveChat/HelpDesk); analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Meta); and our web hosting. Each uses your data only to provide that service. We don’t sell your personal data.

Essential cookies keep your cart and login working. Analytics and advertising cookies help us measure the site and show relevant ads elsewhere; you can block them in your browser, and the site still works. Affiliate links set a cookie for up to 60 days so we can credit the referrer.

Order records for 7 years, as required for tax and accounting. Account data until you delete your account. Contact messages for 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Uploaded files and personalization details for 90 days after the order ships, in case you reorder.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (except what we must keep for legal reasons). Unsubscribe from marketing with the link in any email. Residents of California, the EU, and the UK have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR; email us and we’ll honor them.

Our site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
