Make it theirs
Your logo, their name, our wood
The gifts that land are the ones that don’t read as marketing. Put the client’s name on the board and your logo on the box, the card, or the back — they keep the gift, and they know who sent it.
- Client’s name or company engraved on the piece
- Your logo on the box lid, insert card, or the back of the board — your call
- Branded gift boxes, inserts, and thank-you notes designed for you, or from your own artwork
- Handwritten-style notes for each recipient

Good to know
Client gifting questions, answered
How much should you spend on a client gift?
Most businesses spend 50–150 per client, and 100–200 for key accounts or deal closings. Our client gifts run from about $35 for a logo-engraved board to 150–250 for a curated gift box, so there’s a fit for every tier of your list.
Are client gifts tax deductible?
Generally yes, up to $25 per recipient per year under IRS rules. Incidental costs like engraving, packaging, and shipping typically don’t count toward the $25 limit, which makes personalized gifts more efficient than their sticker price suggests. Confirm specifics with your CPA.
When is the best time to send client gifts?
After a closed deal, at a partnership anniversary, during onboarding, and at year-end. For holiday gifting, send us your list in October or November — we’ll proof it, hold it, and ship in December on your date.
What should you engrave on a client gift?
The client’s name, not just your logo. A gift engraved with their name gets displayed and used; a gift covered in your branding reads as marketing. The strongest option combines both — their name prominent on the board, your logo subtle on the box or card.
Can I send gifts to my entire client list at once?
Yes. Send us your address list in a spreadsheet and we ship each gift directly to its recipient — one order, one invoice, any number of addresses, with a personalized note in each box if you want one. Up to 25 gifts ship within 24 hours of proof approval; larger lists in 1–3 business days.
