How fast do gift boxes ship?
Boxes with no personalization ship within 24 hours. Boxes with an engraved piece inside get a preview within 24 hours of ordering and ship within 24 hours of your approval. Corporate runs are quoted with a timeline up front.
What's the difference between a curated box and Build a Box?
A curated box is one we’ve already put together around an engraved centerpiece — pick it, personalize it, done. Build a Box starts empty: choose the box, add any items from the shop, add a card. Curated boxes include the box and card in the price; in Build a Box the box is a paid add-on and the card is included.
Can I put my company logo on the boards or the box?
Yes — engraved on the board, printed on the lid, or on a card or insert. Send your logo with the quote request or upload it on the product page; you’ll approve a proof before we make anything.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
For a few recipients, place a separate order per address so each gets its own note. For a list, request a quote and upload your spreadsheet — we pack, label, and ship each box to its recipient.
Can I add my own items to the box?
Yes. Send us your swag, gift cards, or printed materials and we pack them in with the rest, or add your own branded tape and tissue. Mention it in the quote and we’ll tell you where to ship it.
What if an item in a curated box is out of stock?
The engraved centerpiece is made to order, so it never runs out. If a small-batch extra sells through, we swap in the closest match from the same brand, of equal or greater value, so your box ships on time and complete. If one item is the whole point, message us first and we’ll confirm it’s on the shelf.
