Customer service was phenomenal. Item arrived in a very timely manner, my only suggestion to the company would be to do better packaging before shipping. My board came lightly wrapped in the small bubble wrap placed in an unpadded shipping bag. I received it with a few small tears in both the plastics bag and bubble wrap. Luckily the was no damage to the item. Quality seems great (it’s a gift so it’s not been used) I’m very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely beautiful cutting board. Unfortunately, we will be returning. ONLY because it is not as large as I want. No reflection on the maker or the cutting board. My husband does competitive smoking. So he and his team need an extra large cutting board. I didn’t realize how much space the handle would take up.
