With our free shipping the order is typically delivered within 3-4 business days. For a faster delivery, upgrade for a faster shipping at checkout. We recommend customers upgrading the shipping to avoid any unexpected/unpredictable delays, especially during the holiday season.

For those seeking complete confidence in their custom orders, we offer a Proof Add-On during the ordering process. This option allows customers to request a personalized mock-up of their design before finalizing the engraving process. Here’s what you need to know:

How It Works:

Once an order is submitted with the Proof Add-On selected, we’ll create a design proof within 24 hours featuring your text. This proof will be sent for your review via email. As soon as the proof is confirmed, we proceed to complete and ship your order as soon as possible.

Please note that this extra step may add 1-4 business days to the order processing time, depending on how quickly you confirm the proof or whether any revisions are required. Additionally, if you place your order on Friday, the proof might only be sent out the following Monday.

Rush Order Consideration:

Opting for a rush order, while available, may slightly delay the process due to the proofing phase. However, rest assured, we strive to expedite proofs for rush orders as efficiently as possible.

Making Revisions:

Should you wish to make adjustments or if the initial proof doesn’t meet your expectations, simply reply to the email containing the proof. We’re happy to make reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction.

Missed the Proof Add-On during Ordering?

If the Proof Add-On wasn’t selected during the initial order, rest assured, there still might be time to request it here unless your order has already gone into production. If your order has gone into production by the time you order the proof separately, we would refund you the cost of the proof.

We accept a variety of payment methods to accommodate our customers’ preferences, including major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

Once you receive your order, please check all items for any defects, errors, or missing pieces and report any issues.

Non-Personalized Orders:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We accept returns less the original shipping costs. If your item shipped via “FREE Shipping”, we might charge a 20% restocking fee.

Personalized Orders:
Each item is personalized for you, so returns are not accepted unless there was an error on our part. (We kindly request that you double check all names and dates entered for personalized orders)

Orders, whether personalized or non-personalized, will be shipped within 24 hours of placement from Monday through Friday. In case of a personalized order, if you choose to receive a proof, there may be a slight delay as we prepare the mock-up, send it for your confirmation, and await your approval before proceeding.

We also offer shipping to international destinations; customers can view delivery times and costs by adding items to their cart and entering their address. Please note that shipping costs do not include any duties or custom fees, which are the responsibility of customers.

Should adjustments be necessary after placing your order—be it changing personalized details, updating the address, or seeking cancellation—kindly reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, once an order enters shipping queue or production, it won’t be possible to make any modifications or cancellations.
