A rolling pin with her name on it
The rolling pin is turned from a single piece of olive wood, twelve inches long, and engraved along the barrel with her name or the name of her kitchen — the thing that gets pulled out every holiday and, eventually, handed down. The bowl is six inches of the same wood with a spoon to match, the right size for proofing dough or serving what came out of it, and the salt keeper’s magnetic lid means the flaky salt lives by the stove instead of in a cupboard. A striped cotton towel finishes it. Olive is dense and closed-grained and doesn’t take on odors, so every piece here can go from flour to salt to serving without carrying anything over. It’s the Mother’s Day box for the mom who’d rather bake than be taken to brunch.

Every board, heart and figurine in a curated box is cut, engraved and oiled in our own workshop by a team of ten. We send a digital preview before anything is cut and pack each box by hand the day it ships. The rest — the coffee, the chocolate, the candle — comes from makers we've chosen ourselves: small local producers, many of them a short drive away, and brands built around a mission we believe in.
