Do I have to order in bulk?
No — order exactly one if that's what you need. Volume discounts start automatically at 10 boards and scale up in tiers; the table is on every product page. Orders over $350 to one address also get 10% off, even at smaller quantities — discounts don't stack, you get whichever is better. Beyond the table? Contact us and we'll quote it.
How does a bulk logo order work?
You approve a digital preview of your logo on the board, then we engrave the first board and send you a photo of the real thing — including any cheese knives, boxes, or add-ons — before running the rest. After that approval, up to 25 boards ship within 24 hours, 26–100 in 1–3 business days, and up to 500 within a week. Start from any product page or through our quote form.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file — SVG or AI — gives the cleanest engraving. Only have a JPEG, PNG, or a photo? We redraw it as a vector for $25 on orders under 10 boards, free on 10 or more. No logo at all, or want us to combine elements into a custom design? We build it with you for a flat $50.
Can you ship boards to multiple addresses?
Yes, we do it all the time — one order, a hundred recipients. Bulk pricing on the product pages assumes delivery to a single address, so for multi-address orders, talk to us first and we'll work out the discount and logistics directly. We can also add custom notes, gift tags, or branded stickers on the packaging so every recipient gets a finished presentation.
Can you hold my order for a specific delivery date?
Absolutely — this is standard for holiday gifting. Place the order early, tell us the date, and we'll produce it and hold shipment so it lands exactly when you want it, not six weeks before.
Can you engrave on the back of the board too?
Yes — realtors ask for this constantly: a personal design on the front (the family name, the closing date) with your logo engraved on the back. It's a small fee, waived on volume orders. Mention it in your order notes or talk to us.
Which wood should I pick for a logo?
Bamboo and maple are the budget-friendly workhorses, and their light surface makes engraving pop — ideal for larger runs. Live edge olive wood is the premium pick and our best seller: distinctive grain, no two boards alike, especially strong as a boxed gift with knives. Logos are bold designs, so honestly, they engrave well on everything — choose by budget and impression.
