Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement — By participating in the Forest Decor Affiliate Program you agree to these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t join.
2. Eligibility — You must be at least 18 and have a genuine audience, publication, or professional network to promote to. Coupon and deal sites, cashback services, and applicants whose primary tactic is paid search on our brand name are not eligible.
3. Enrollment — Complete the application accurately. We review applications within 2–3 business days and may decline any application, or remove an affiliate later, at our discretion.
4. Commission — 15% of the order subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping) on qualifying orders placed through your link. Affiliates with $1,000+ in attributed revenue in a calendar month earn 18% that month; $5,000+ earns 20%.
5. Tracking — Commissions are attributed to the last affiliate link clicked within 30 days of the order (60 days for Featured and Partner tiers). Orders placed outside the cookie window, or with the tracking cookie cleared or blocked, don’t qualify.
6. Excluded orders — No commission is paid on: orders you or your business place; orders returned, cancelled, or refunded; orders placed through the corporate quote form, brokerage program, or wholesale accounts; and orders traced to coupon or deal aggregators, incentivized clicks, or misrepresented links.
7. Payment — Commissions are paid monthly by PayPal within the first five business days of the month, for orders whose 30-day return window has closed. There is no minimum payout. You’re responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive.
8. Prohibited advertising — You may not bid on “Forest Decor,” “forest-decor.com,” or variations and misspellings in any paid search campaign; use our brand name in ad copy or display URLs; send unsolicited email; or use pop-unders, forced clicks, or cookie stuffing.
9. Disclosure — You must disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, as required by the FTC (for example, #ad, #affiliate, or a plain statement that you earn a commission).
10. Representations — Don’t make claims about our products we don’t make ourselves, don’t imply you’re Forest Decor or an employee, and don’t present the program as a discount for buyers. Use our name, logo, and images only as provided in your affiliate dashboard.
11. Termination — Either of us may end your participation at any time. Commissions earned in good faith before termination are paid on the normal schedule; commissions from violations of these terms are forfeited.
12. Changes — We may update these terms. We’ll email you about material changes, and continuing in the program after that means you accept them.
