This item was lost in the mail and within 12 hours, I was sent a new one no extra charge. The customer service was amazing! I got my gift on time even with the delivery service losing my package!
I purchased an 11×17 cutting board with juice groove in walnut as a gift and love it! Being that I requested/purchased a proof I knew exactly what the piece would look like ahead of time. Once I approved the proof the item shipped within a few days and was beautifully packaged! My only issue was that there was a small dent on the top, outer border of the board which occurred during shipping. I contacted Forest Decor, and the matter was quickly remedied with a replacement board, as well as, a pre-paid return label so the damaged one could be sent back as a means of remaining sustainable. I do recommend this product, as well as, this company. They truly take pride in their work, as well as, value their customers!
