Corporate gifts, answered
Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?
No — we run single boards and 1,000-piece orders on the same production floor. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces, and the exact price breaks are shown in a table on every product page. Orders over $350 to one address also get 10% off automatically, even at smaller quantities. Discounts don't stack, so you get whichever is better. Sending to multiple addresses? Message us with your list and we'll work out a discount — each address is its own packing and shipping job, so it's priced a little differently.
How does proofing work on logo orders?
Every order, any quantity, gets a free digital proof before anything is made, usually within hours during production hours (Mon–Fri, 8–6 MST). On orders of 10+ pieces there's a second checkpoint: after you approve the proof, we make the first complete piece — engraving, box, card, and packaging — and send you photos for final sign-off before running the rest.
What artwork do you need from us?
Whatever you have. A vector file (SVG or AI) is ideal, but a JPG, a screenshot, or the logo from your website or email signature works. If it isn't engraving-quality, we redraw it by hand so it engraves and prints sharp — free on orders of 10+ pieces, a one-time $25 setup fee on smaller ones, added on the product page. Need a layout we don't offer, like your logo with names, several logos, or a design from scratch? That's a one-time $50, includes the redraw, and is often waived on larger orders.
Can you engrave more than a logo?
Yes — names and new titles for promotions, years-of-service wording, retirement dates, partnership thank-yous with your client's company name, and recognition lines for executive or board awards. Enter the wording in the personalization field on any listing; your proof shows the exact layout before we make it. For double-sided engraving or fully custom layouts, contact us directly.
How fast do corporate orders ship?
Once your proof is approved: up to 25 pieces ship within 24 hours, 26–100 in 1–3 business days, and up to 500 within a week. Ordering ahead? Place the order now and we'll hold shipment for the week you choose.
How are corporate gifts packaged?
Every piece — boards, utensils, coasters, signs, bottles — arrives finished and ready to hand over. Wood items are sanded, pre-oiled with food-safe mineral oil, and shrink-wrapped, and a custom sticker with your logo or message is an easy low-budget upgrade. Add the optional gift box on any product page and it comes in a rigid, high-end box — not a collapsible one — crinkle-nested with an optional printed card; boards get a custom-fitted insert. Our curated gift boxes and Build a Box orders include that box by default, with the lid printed your way: your logo, the recipient's name, a team name, or a few lines of your own wording. Can I order a sample before a volume run?
Yes. Order a single piece through any product page, or ask us for a finished sample — engraved, boxed, with your card — at the single-unit price. If your full order comes to $5,000 or more, we credit the sample cost against it. Every order of 10+ also includes first-piece photos before we produce the rest.
