Our Story
A family workshop, turning wood into gifts people keep.
We’re a small team in Salt Lake City who make and engrave cutting boards, charcuterie boards, and keepsakes to order — one piece at a time.

How we started
We grew up around handmade things.
Our founder grew up in Central Europe, where December meant Christmas markets — wooden stalls full of carved ornaments, bowls, and boards, sold by the people who made them. After moving to the United States and starting a family here, that was what felt missing: most of what we found was mass-produced and made to be replaced.
So in 2017 we started small, making wooden ornaments in a home workshop. Kitchenware came next — the kitchen is where people actually spend time together — and boards engraved with names, dates, and handwritten recipes became the gifts people came back for.
Companies found us the same way families did. A real piece of wood with your name on it lands differently than another water bottle with a logo. Corporate gifting is now a large part of what we do, and our gift boxes bring it all together: what we make, paired with small-batch treats from makers we trust, many here in Utah, packed in boxes we make ourselves.
We’re still a small team, and together we’ve shipped more than 50,000 orders — still making things one at a time.
How we make it
Every piece is hand-finished and made to order — so no two are alike, and nothing ships until it’s right.
Sourced with care
Maple, cherry, and walnut milled in the US and Canada, plus olive wood from retired groves in Tunisia and Italy, prized for its grain.
Engraved to order
Most pieces are cut from a single piece of wood and finished by hand in our Salt Lake City workshop, then packed to gift.

Why olive wood
The most beautiful wood we work with.
Our olive wood comes from trees in Tunisia and Italy that no longer bear fruit. Each board’s swirling grain is one of a kind — no two pieces are ever the same, which is exactly why we love it.
It’s dense, food-safe, and naturally resistant to odors and staining. We grade every board by hand, and only Grade A ships to customers.
What we stand for
Sustainably sourced
Domestic hardwoods and retired olive groves — beautiful wood without the waste.
One of a kind
Most pieces come from a single piece of wood, so yours is unlike anyone else’s.

Made to last
Functional, beautiful, and built to be kept — not a throwaway gift.
“You can feel that a person made this. The engraving was perfect, and they sent a proof first so I knew exactly what I was getting. It’s the gift everyone asked about.”
