Corporate gifts, answered
Is there a minimum order for corporate gifts?
No — we run single boards and 1,000-piece orders on the same production floor. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces, and the exact price breaks are shown in a table on every product page. Those breaks apply to orders shipping to one address, since shipping is already built into our prices; sending to multiple addresses? Message us with your list and we’ll work out a discount.
How does proofing work on logo orders?
Every order — any quantity — gets a free digital proof before anything is engraved, usually within hours during production hours (Mon–Fri, 9–6 MT). On orders of 10+ pieces there’s a second checkpoint: after you approve the digital proof, we engrave the first piece and send you a photo for final sign-off before running the rest.
What artwork do you need from us?
Whatever you have — a vector file (SVG or AI) from your design team is ideal, but a JPG, a screenshot, even a photo of your letterhead works. If the file isn’t engraving-quality, we redraw it ourselves so the result is the sharpest possible engraving on the product and printing on the box: free on orders of 10+ pieces, a small redraw fee on smaller ones, added right on the product page. No logo at all? We’ll design one-off artwork from scratch for a flat $50.
Can you engrave more than a logo?
Yes — names and new titles for promotions, years-of-service wording, retirement dates, partnership thank-yous with your client’s company name, and recognition lines for executive or board awards. Enter the wording in the personalization field on any listing; your proof shows the exact layout before we engrave. For double-sided engraving or fully custom layouts, contact us directly.
How fast do corporate orders ship?
Once your proof is approved: orders under 10 pieces ship within 24 hours, 10–50 pieces within 24–48 hours, and larger runs in 2–3 business days. Ordering ahead? Place the order now and we’ll hold shipment for the week you choose.
How are corporate gifts packaged?
Every piece — boards, utensils, coasters, signs, bottles — arrives finished and ready to hand over; wood items ship sanded and pre-oiled with food-safe mineral oil. Add the optional gift box on any product page and it comes in a rigid, high-end box, crinkle-nested with an optional printed card — boards get a custom-fitted insert. Our curated gift boxes and Build a Box orders include that premium box by default, with the lid printed your way: your logo, the recipient’s name, a team name, or a few lines of your own wording. Can I order a sample before a volume run?
Yes, two ways: order a single piece through any product page like a regular order, or send your list through the quote form and we’ll reply with pricing and a free branded sample proof before you commit to anything.
