A 16-inch olive wood charcuterie board that’s not too small and not too big
The board is sixteen inches of Mediterranean olive wood, seven across, with the bark edge left on one side — the size we sell more of than any other, because it’s right for two people on a Friday night and still fine when two more turn up. It’s engraved in the flat field where the grain is quietest, with a surname, a monogram, or two names and a year. Four cheese knives sit in a fitted olive wood block, and the handles take a single initial to match. Olive is one of the densest woods you can put a knife on, holds no odor, and is oiled with food-safe mineral oil before it leaves our Salt Lake City workshop. It’s the charcuterie gift for a couple, and the one most people choose.

Every board, heart and figurine in a curated box is cut, engraved and oiled in our own workshop by a team of ten. We send a digital preview before anything is cut and pack each box by hand the day it ships. The rest — the coffee, the chocolate, the candle — comes from makers we've chosen ourselves: small local producers, many of them a short drive away, and brands built around a mission we believe in.
