The piggy bank is a section of bark-covered log — eight inches long, four and a half across — with ears, a snout and four short legs, cut in our Salt Lake City workshop and engraved with the baby’s name along the side. It’s a real coin bank with a slot on top, the kind that fills up over years of grandparents’ visits, and the only thing in the nursery that gets more interesting as they get older. One piece, made to last, and nothing that gets grown out of. It’s the new baby gift for parents who have enough onesies, and for the aunt who wants to be remembered for it.

Every board, heart and figurine in a curated box is cut, engraved and oiled in our own workshop by a team of ten. We send a digital preview before anything is cut and pack each box by hand the day it ships. The rest — the coffee, the chocolate, the candle — comes from makers we've chosen ourselves: small local producers, many of them a short drive away, and brands built around a mission we believe in.
