For the spot where they used to sleep
Send the photo — the one where they’re looking straight at the camera — and we turn it into a soft, lifelike portrait, printed at five by seven and framed in natural wood, with their name across the top. The tealight holder is a section of bark-edged wood from our Salt Lake City workshop, cut with a paw and a little house on the front and engraved with their years, so a lit candle puts them back in the room for an evening. A bark-wood angel a little under five inches tall stands beside it, and a small wooden heart carries whatever line fits: “Good boy,” “My shadow,” a nickname only the family used. It’s the pet loss gift for a dog or a cat, from a friend, a neighbor, or the vet who knew them.

Every board, heart and figurine in a curated box is cut, engraved and oiled in our own workshop by a team of ten. We send a digital preview before anything is cut and pack each box by hand the day it ships. The rest — the coffee, the chocolate, the candle — comes from makers we've chosen ourselves: small local producers, many of them a short drive away, and brands built around a mission we believe in.
