What's the minimum order for corporate gifts?
There isn’t one. Order a single logo board from the shop or a thousand through the quote form; both run on the same production floor. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces and applies automatically at checkout, with the exact breaks on every product page.
Can you put our logo on the gifts?
Yes — engraved on the wood, printed on the box lid, on a card or insert, or all three. A vector file (SVG or AI) is ideal, but send whatever you have: the logo from your website or email signature works. If it isn’t engraving-quality, we redraw it by hand — a one-time $25 setup fee on orders under 10 pieces, free on 10 or more. Need a layout we don’t offer on the site, like your logo with recipient names or several logos together? Custom design is a one-time $50, includes the redraw, and is often waived on larger orders.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces and is built into every product page, so you see the break before you add to cart. Orders over $350 shipping to one address get 10% off automatically, even at smaller quantities. Discounts don’t stack — you get whichever is better. The best pricing is the same item, the same engraving, one address; per-recipient names and addresses cost a little more because each is a separate job.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of recipients and we ship each gift to its own address with its own note — or bulk-ship to one office. One order, one invoice, domestic or international.
How long do corporate orders take?
You’ll have a proof within 24 hours. After approval, up to 25 pieces ship within 24 hours, 26–100 in 1–3 business days, and up to 500 within a week. Larger programs get a quoted timeline. Need it held? Order now and tell us the ship week.
Can we see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We’ll make one finished piece — engraved, boxed, with your card — at the single-unit price, and credit it back against your full order if it comes to $5,000 or more. Many clients skip it: on every order of 10+, after you approve the digital proof we make the first complete gift and send you photos, packaging and card included, before we produce the rest.
