Cottonwood Parkway Suite 500 Salt Lake City, UT 84121, USA, (“We,” “Us,” and “Our”) supply any of our products (the

“Products”) listed on our Website, and our wholesale catalog (the “Site”) to you as a retailer, whether you

operate your business as a physical store or eCommerce website.


Please fill out the application found on our Wholesale page to become a wholesale distributor for our products. After reading

these Terms and Conditions and submitting or emailing the application to Us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept

The current order minimum to qualify for our wholesale pricing is at least 25 units of each SKU and at least $1000.


For smaller wholesale orders, we do keep items in stock to serve our customers. In most cases, we can dispatch your order

within 24 hours except during busy times such as holiday seasons. We can run out of stock of some products. Please note that

our olive wood products and European rustic word items are all handcrafted. Olive wood cutting boards and kitchen accessories

can take time to make, primarily due to the drying process required. Therefore, larger wholesale and bulk orders will take more time to deliver.


Prices in our wholesale portal excluding any shipping costs. Shipping can be arranged by you—the customer—or we can provide

a quote. We can provide a discretionary discount on large orders. All wholesale ordering needs to be done through our Wholesale portal and

all wholesale orders need to be paid in full in advance.


All our handcrafted products are made from premium forest and olive wood. Therefore, no two items are identical, and the size

and shape of items can vary slightly. It is impossible to replicate the grain or exact appearance of the items pictured on our

website. As with any mass production, defects occasionally happen. We have a 2% tolerance.


We cannot ship to PO boxes. Shipping and delivery times will vary according to the products selected and the size of your order.

We will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date once you have placed your order. We can do dropshipping


There are no returns or exchanges, but you can submit any replacement requests to us within ten (10) days of receiving your

order. Replacement requests for broken or damaged items need to be accompanied by photographs and evidence they were not

broken during the shipping process. We are not responsible for broken items due to shipping. As soon as the products leave our

facility, we no longer bear any responsibility.


Our handcrafted items are often made to order. Therefore, no cancellations are allowed after an order is placed.
