Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the Forest Decor Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not join our program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to become an affiliate for Forest Decor.

3. Enrollment

To enroll in our affiliate program, you must complete the registration form accurately. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our standards or requirements.

4. Commission Structure

You will earn a commission of up to 20% on the net sale amount (excluding taxes and shipping) for each referred customer. Commissions are paid via PayPal.

5. Commission Exclusions

Commissions are not provided in cases where a customer refunds or returns a purchase within 30 days of the purchase date.

6. Payment Frequency and Coverage Period

We will pay out commissions at the end of each month for the previous month’s earnings. For example, on June 30th, you will receive any commissions earned in May. This schedule helps ensure the safety and integrity of transactions by allowing us to verify orders and account for any potential returns or suspicious activity.

7. Prohibited Advertising Practices – Branded Keyword Bidding

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded keywords related to Forest Decor, including but not limited to “Forest Decor,” “Forest Decor gifts,” “forestdecor.com,” and any close variations or misspellings. This includes using our brand name in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads or Bing Ads) to generate traffic for commission purposes.
This policy is in place to protect our brand integrity and ensure affiliates are driving new customer traffic, not leveraging our existing brand recognition or intercepting returning customers.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting our products and brand in a professional and ethical manner. Any false or misleading advertising, spam, or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

10. Modification of Terms

Forest Decor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email, and it is their responsibility to review and adhere to the updated terms.
